Michelin-star Chef Carlos Gaytán Opens 3 New Restaurants in Chicago

From dishwasher to Michelin-star chef, Carlos Gaytán launched three new dining concepts in Chicago: Tzuco, an upscale eatery with a menu reminiscent of his native southwestern Mexico; Panango, a perky bakery and sandwich shop; and Tales of Carlos Gaytán, an intimate dining room with an evolving tasting menu.

Those are in addition to to his fine dining restaurant, HA’, at the luxury all-inclusive Hotel Xcaret Mexico on the Mayan Riviera.
